The journey to stress-free living begins with awareness. In this first step we need to earnestly look, recognise and acknowledge the presence of stress and anxiety in our lives.
In modern day times stress seems so common amongst people that it can seem quite a normal and an acceptable part of life but the truth is stress is neither a natural nor a powerful state of being and ignoring it and carrying on without dealing with it does have a myriad of detrimental effects on our ability to perform any human endeavour to our potential, let alone enjoy optimal health and a quality of life that is truly enjoyable and fulfilling.
As Einstein perceptively remarked: " You can't solve a problem at the level at which it was created!"
It's absolutely vital that one is able to shift out of and beyond the entanglements of the mental/emotional patterning layer and observe stress form a higher state of consciousness.
For a lot of people dis-engaging from the whirlpools of stress, tension, worry, overwhelm, stuckness, anxiety etc. can be a big ask which is why the help of a Zenolopgist can be incredibly helpful.

In this step, it's important to take a closer look at how stress and anxiety is presenting and if appropriate to carefully consider what's causing it - is there an external trigger, an internal trigger or both? Together, we’ll shine a light on what’s really going on, allowing us to pinpoint the principal triggers and take targeted steps to diminish, disable and ultimately eliminate them to prevent future recurrence.. This exploration phase cannot be rushed if it is to pave the way for deeper understanding and meaningful change and transformation.
It's a key part of the Zenology Method that whenever and wherever we find stress that far from running away from it or wishing it away and/or getting into battle with it , that we instead extend a delightfully warm embrace to every little and big drop of it!
